South Pointe Tower

Built in 1987, one of the first high-rises to be constructed in tony South-of-Fifth, South Pointe Tower offers 208 residences ranging in size from one-bedroom units at 858 square foot to sprawling five-bedroom units at 3215 square feet. Most residences in this 25-story waterfront high-rise have been renovated and upgraded, and the exterior common areas have recently gone through a big renovation as well.

South Pointe Tower and Portifino Tower next door share their extensive roster of resort-style amenities and services, along with an entry drive, allowing them to offer a more expansive array of amenities than might otherwise be available on the tight South of Fifth site. Residents have access to multiple pools, a club room with billiards, a sauna, a theater, a vast dog park, two tennis courts, and expansive gardens. Most distinctive for its clean, modernist lines, and its rooftop beacon, which illuminates the night sky, the building also offers a lobby waterfall. Of course, the chief amenity must be the spectacular views in every direction, from Downtown Miami to glimmering aquamarine waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Residents have access to all the excitement that a South-of-Fifth address has to offer, including the ocean, of course, but also the bay and beach walks, many parks, and many, many exciting dining destinations. Our particular favorites are Lilikoi, a Hawaiian cafe in the shopping podium of the building itself, and Prima Classe, an Italian cafe and market mere blocks away.
